The quality assurance steps include but are not limited to:

    1.  Proper selection of core that meets Kirbo's strict standards, to include a low meter.

    2.  Removal all sub assemblies.

    3.  Use of air compressor to blow out the frame to remove all toner and paper dust.

    4.  All sub assemblies are completely inspected and worn parts are replaced.

    5.  All firmware is updated to assure performance to the  latest Canon standards.

    6.  Overall performance is checked including operation of all accessories.

    7.  Unit is inspected or "certified" by quality inspector.

    8.  Unit is then shrink-wrapped to maintain cleanliness prior to delivery
